Our ministry includes a variety of musical experiences for all ages and abilities. Each choir has the opportunity to lead worship on a regular basis and a responsibility to continually strive to grow musically and spiritually with the dedication of their efforts to the glory of God. Choirs
Celebration Choir (Adults) Wednesday 7:00-9:00 pm
This choir is open to all adults who are interested in sharing their love of music through singing. The Celebration Choir sings at the 9:15 an and 10:45 am services each Sunday. They perform major works, share in various social activities and provide a family of support for our members. Childcare is provided during rehearsal. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, August 23. Youth Choir (Grades 7-12) Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm
This all-new dynamic choir invites all 7th-12th grade young people to join our music team this year! Music events this year will consist of: A Crown Center Christmas, leading worship music each month, Easter concert season, our 1st annual Christmas musical and too much more to list!!! We are seeking positive and energetic kids to create a strong Christ-centered foundation where every young person feels motivated to share their musical abilities with our community. This first big rehearsal for the year begins Wednesday, September 6 in room 202. You may join us at anytime during the year. Directed by Julieanne Eckles
Carol Choir (Grades 4-6) Wednesday 5:30-6:00 pm
The Carol Choir is open to all kids in grades 4-6. They sing once a month in worship and have fun learning exciting songs and building their musical skills through singing. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, September 6. Directed by Pam Williamson
Cherub Choir (Grades K-3) Wednesday 5:30-6:00 pm
The Cherub Choir welcomes all Kindergarten through 3rd graders this year. We will sing in worship monthly and spend lots of time learning to sing to praise God. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, September 6. Directed by Bev Furlong & Katie Goyer
Bell Choirs
Carillon Choir (Adults) Wednesday 6:15-7:15 pm
The Carillon Choir is our advanced bell choir, which plays in worship once a month and plays in area handbell festivals and workshops. Openings in this choir are filled as vacancies arise. Childcare is provided during rehearsals. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, August 30. Directed by Lynn Alfers
Ring Forth! (Adults) Tuesday 6:00-7:00 pm
Ring Forth! is our intermediate adult handbell choir which plays in worship once a month. Childcare is provided during rehearsals. Rehearsals begin Tuesday, August 29. Directed by Lynn Alfers
Silver Bells (Older Adults and Beginning Adult Ringers) Tuesday 5:00-6:00 pm
Silver bells is our entry level adult handbell choir which plays in worship once a month. This choir is for all adults who enjoy making music and sharing in fellowship. Previous handbell experience is not required. Rehearsals begin Tuesday, September 5. Directed by Lynn Alfers
Grace Ringers (Grades 7 - 12) Wednesday 5:30-6:15 pm
Our experienced junior high and senior high ringers will learn advanced ringing techniques and will play more challenging repertoire. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, September 6. Directed by Teresa Murray
Joyful Noise Bells (Grades 4 - 8) Wednesday 4:45-5:25 pm
This is our bell choir for elementary and junior high school beginning bell ringers. Come learn to have fun with music working as a team! Rehearsals beging Wednesday, September 6. Directed by Teresa Murray.
